Clement has rendered several legal services to the Federal Government of Nigeria; among them is the drafting of “legal framework on software usage and licensing in Nigeria”. He has settled multi-million dollars negotiation on consumer rights disputes. As a consumer law and developmental law expert, he has advised clients on consumer protection and consumer satisfaction.


Clement hosted and delivered speech at several consumer summits and ip conference in Nigeria and abroad. As a trained IP Lawyer, he obtained a Certificate on; Intellectual Property Rights on the Internet and ICT (IPR) from the Indian Law Institute; New Delhi India, Certificate in public Administration (CPA) IN 2006.
