Stephanie NGO MBEM: Holder of a Master degree in Industrial Property Law at the Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la  Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) in Strasbourg (France) and a PhD in the same field at the University of Strasbourg, Stephanie NGO MBEM acquired in France a solid practical experience in IP specialized firms, intellectual property departments of notable companies and international law firms (Michelin, Jones Day, Gide Loyrette Nouel, ...). She masters the OAPI intellectual property system which she studied within the framework of research and presented in colloquiums, seminars and conferences on intellectual property.

 

Former Member of the Paris Bar, she is an Industrial Property Attorney accredited by OAPI and teaches Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Douala in Cameroon.

 

She is the author of « Les Enjeux de la protection des dessins et modèles industriels dans le développement en Afrique : le cas des pays membres de l’OAPI » (Implications of protection of industrial designs in development in Africa: the case of OAPI member States), 2008,  L'Harmattan, Paris.

 

Yolande Hamika - Associate: She holds a Master degree in Management of Intellectual Property at the University of Paris 13 (France). She has been for many years Head of the Intellectual Property Department of a Law firm in Yaoundé in Cameroon.
