Clement has an impressive track record of achievements. He has been involved in several projects with various Federal Government agencies in Nigeria, notably drafting the “legal framework on software usage and licensing in Nigeria”. As the leader of his firm, he has successfully facilitated client transactions worth over $400 billion in various sectors, including Business, Real estate, water purification projects executed by Bluemarine Holdings (one of the leading companies in water projects), restructuring and insolvency, Road construction projects, Energy, consumer goods delivery and manufacturing projects, Arbitration proceedings, project financing, and commercial transactions involving the deals of multi-national companies in the public and private sector.

Clements’ expertise is not limited to corporate and commercial law. He is also a commercial/investment law expert, focusing on African investment. He has advised clients on legal advice for succeeding in African investment and has handled multi-million dollar negotiations arising from consumer rights disputes. He has also negotiated a mining deal for multinational European and Japanese companies in Nigeria.
