OLAYINKA ADERINWALE

Olayinka Aderinwale, AICMC, is a Graduate Trainee at Osuya and Osuya Law Firm, with a distinguished academic background in Law from Redeemer’s University. He maintains strong professional interests in dispute resolution, Corporate and Commercial law, telecommunications Law, Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment law, combining academic excellence with practical experience gained from top-tier legal institutions in Nigeria. As an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), he embodies a firm commitment to alternative dispute resolution and the advancement of innovative approaches to legal practice.

Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Olayinka has distinguished himself as a leader and changemaker. He served as President of the Redeemer’s University Law Students Society, where he spearheaded initiatives that fostered academic and professional growth. His leadership has earned recognition both locally and internationally, including membership in ForbesBLK, a prestigious global network of Black leaders shaping systemic transformation across business, law, and society, and Young ICCA, a worldwide arbitration knowledge and skills network for young practitioners.

Olayinka is equally passionate about advocacy and social impact. Through active involvement in Amnesty International, Rescue Perishing Generation (RPG), and the Knowledge Tent Organization, he continues to champion human rights, community development, and accessible legal education, underscoring his dedication to advancing justice and societal progress.
